Introduction

This survey seeks your feedback on the NaviLens app as part of the Accessible Navigation Project. The feedback will be used by TransLink to assess how this technology can make transit more accessible for customers with sight loss. We expect the survey will take you about 10-15 minutes to complete.
The information requested via this survey is collected by TransLink for the purpose of gathering your feedback as a participant of TransLink’s Accessible Navigation Project.  To the extent that any of this information is personal information, the collection is done in accordance with s 26(e) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.  All information will be anonymized and aggregated prior to publication.  Please direct any questions regarding the collection and use of this information to privacy@translink.ca
